How do I import a recipe from TikTok or Instagram?
On the video, tap Share, then pick Kouizen. If Kouizen doesn't show up, scroll through the apps to More and turn it on. The recipe card arrives in the app after a few seconds. You can also copy the link to the video or to a recipe page: in the Recipes tab, tap +, then Import a link or text.
Why are the quantities for one person?
Kouizen shows every recipe for one person. On the recipe, the 👥 Serves button adds servings, and the shopping list follows.
Where are my recipes stored?
On your iPhone. Your account is only used to sign in and to import recipes with the AI.
Can I use Kouizen in French?
Yes. Kouizen follows your iPhone's language. To change it for Kouizen only: Settings → Apps → Kouizen → Language (on iOS 17: Settings → Kouizen → Language).
How do I get or delete my data?
In the Recipes tab, tap the profile icon at the top of the screen to open your Account:
- Export my data gives you a file with everything Kouizen knows about you;
- Delete my account erases your account on our servers, removes Kouizen's access to your Apple ID and empties the app on this phone.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions go through Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kouizen. You can cancel at any time, and it stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
